Repair Services & Process
We use our testing facility to guarantee
the quality of your products: we test everything prior to
shipment. Our full service repair center simulates live working
environments. This policy ensures our customer’s confidence
in the products we service and supply.
You can depend on our replacement parts because of our strict
and rigid quality performance guidelines. All products are
repaired and calibrated using computer-assisted technology.
Each repaired/refurbished item is tested a minimum of three
times. Initially inspected by a technician to locate any defects,
secondly, after the problem has been corrected via automated
testing and, thirdly, after an overnight burn-in.
